Galvanised - HSL-8/3’’ Corrugated Profile is the most traditional profile in the U.K, with its shallow profile and superb stability it has been used on millions of projects all over the world. But still todays most used profile. Widely used in the agricultural market due its robustness.
This profile has a cover width of 606mm (also known as ‘after overlap’) and is manufactured cut to length. Available with a Galvanized finish in a range of thickness’s.
Ours is stocked in 6’ 8’ and 10’ lengths at a thickness of 0.5mm. All other lengths available to order on request.
Anti-Condensation Roof Sheets – “Non-Drip” is a galvanised pre-painted steel profile sheet, coated on the reverse side with an unwoven fabric which regulates condensation. Humidity is absorbed and evaporates, when the temperature inside the building rises. “Non-Drip” helps to control condensation in environments where it occurs cyclically. For the material to work effectively the building has to be adequately ventilated to allow the fleece to dry out between cycles. Ideally the ridge and eaves should be left open without the use of foam fillers, if the use of foam fillers is a requirement then an alternative roof construction should be considered. The roof pitch also has a significant bearing on the products performance and with this in mind a minimum roof pitch of 10° is recommended, for roof pitches below 10° please seek advice from our sales team.
